    Hot Rocks are non-porous so grease is not absorbed, eliminating the possibility of grease fires or cross-contamination of food smells, and their consistent shape offers more even heat distribution when compared with lava rock. With a flat bottom and sloped design, fats and juices run off into the drip tray or evaporate, creating that great charcoal flavour.

    Made in the UK, from slate, ceramic and a fine mix of oakwood particles, with purified charcoal which has been hardened, giving it a consistent shape and finish.
