The hinged cooking grate, with 30cm opening delivers the same trusted Weber Barbecuing results as the standard grate with the added flexibility of using it with the Gourmet BBQ system accessories. This hinged grate allows more charcoal to be added without removing the grate from the barbecue and the 30cm insert allows for traditional barbecuing.
Using this set as a basis, any of the three cast iron accessories can be purchased separately; choose from the griddle, Sear Grate and Wok. These accessories are all coated with porcelain enamel and as such do not require seasoning.
